Yes, investors are tired of chatbots telling them what to do with their life savings. But they are not going to take Advice from strangers any more than they are going to take advice from machines. We instinctively distrust strangers. If someone is going to do business with you, they must like you, trust you and think you are smart. In short, they must feel they know you. They are not going to trust you until they do. How do you do that in a virtual environment?
