12 sessions, six of them entirely dedicated to role playing and real-time practice and feedback. Delivered in small groups of no more than 5 sales consultants to ensure Don gives his individual attention and personal feedback to every participant.

How does this 12-session coaching program work?

This 12-session coaching program is designed specifically for Regional & Internal Sales Consultants who represent or distribute investment or insurance products to Financial Advisors or Insurance professionals. It can also be adapted for teams of Advisors when requested.

Six of the 12 sessions are dedicated to teaching specific skills for 60 minutes. The other six, 90-minute sessions are focused entirely on putting into practice what has been presented and includes discussion, role playing and feedback. These follow-up sessions are essential for participants to discuss what they have learned and implemented from the previous session, and allows for immediate feedback from Don Connelly during these action sessions.

All coaching sessions are delivered to small groups of no more than five Sales Consultants at a time to ensure each and every one of the participants gets the opportunity to present his or her ideas and to receive Don’s personal attention and feedback to help them improve their skills and grow their business.

For groups of more than five Regional Consultants, additional small group follow-up sessions are scheduled and special pricing applies.
