This workshop is a thorough examination of what psychologist Robert Sternberg calls practical knowledge: knowing what to say to whom, knowing when to say it, and knowing how to say it to maximum effect.
Advisors aren’t always aware that the person to whom they are presenting has little or no knowledge of the subject at hand.
